You heard right. It snowed today! I am probably just as baffled as you are, but than again I didn live in Jersey City, NJ for about 17 and a half years of my life so snow is no big deal to me. My grandparents however were all excited. Snow to them is like a huge deal, but I was confused by one thing. Why are people walking out in the snow with umbrellas? No offense, but no umbrella is going to protect you from that, but my friend gave me some insight into why, they simply don’t get enough snow to even know what to do when it happens. LoL! All the kids at school were flipping out and the girls were all complaining about having to walk across campus in the snow, but luckily they sent us all home on a Snow Day. So it’s safe to say I am getting a tiny taste of my former home, which I do miss tremendously so it was nice to be able to reminisce even for a little.

I’m just saying…

Or am I the only one who knows his grandparents were definitely maybe WHITE?
I mean it is what it is election wise, but enough with all the media hype I’m really sick of it. I’m tired of these people treating him like a damn celebrity instead of what he really is. A simple man who believed in change, ran for office and was elected PRESIDENT (who cares if he’s black, white, orange,red or purple. This is why RACISM still exist people focus to much on RACE) he’s not Halle Berry people! Oh she happens to be half white also. Interesting. Call me hypocritical as far as the race issue goes for focusing on the fact that he’s half and half, but I am simply stating a FACT.

Ok so I’ll probably get a lot of flack for writing this, but at this point I don’t really care because I am super super pissed off. My grandma came to get me and take me out to lunch no big deal. We got into the turn lane and the light is already red so what was said next was just not necessary. This black girl walked out in front of our suv and said out loud “Stop WHITE bitch.” I don’t think I’ve ever jumped out of a vehicle as fast as I did then. I almost hit her with the car door and I mean I was after her. I’m 6′2 180 lbs. and she couldn’t have been more than 5′4 maybe 100 lbs I mean this girl was skinny. If it wasn’t for my grandma literally grabbing me and pulling me back into the car I would have knocked her out. Period. Girl or not I didn’t care. I just find it ironic that while they always call white people racist it’s o.k. for them to refer to our race and call us names. Why did it matter if my grandma was white or not? I for one am not racist by any means in fact when it comes to the use of the N word I am one that loathes the word. I hate everything about it, the meaning behind it, the way it sounds, just I hate that word and I have never used it. Today has made me less sympathetic towards most blacks, not all. We can’t hold an entire race accountable for a few ignorant assholes. Than some of them wonder why white people come up with such stereo-types well um hello! But like I said we can’t hold it against an entire race. I have friends who are black and they are all amazing wonderful people. It does, however, make me remember what Jarrell said to me once he said that blacks are way more racist than whites and this is coming from someone of their own race. Of course I’m sure a good majority of them will say he’s just trying to be white, but he is very proud to be black as he should be. People need to just wake up and stop whining about racism when they’re not really doing much themselves to fix it. Ok I’m done my rant I’m going to focus my attention on my Whopper it’s calling my name.

WordPress You’re Addicting

I totally was not going to blog today. I had it set in my mind that tomorrow would be more interesting to blog about, but alas wordpress just sucked me in.  I just wanted to check my stats and while I was doing that I said “To hell with it.” and now here I am typing this completely pointless entry. Nothing much interesting happened today except that my grandpa knows this guy who breeds boa constrictor’s and he said he’d sell one to us. SWEET! Now the question is…what kind do we get. I never realized how many options I had until the guy started naming the different types he had. He actually does have one type I am very interested in called a Snow Boa which it’s basically a white boa constrictor. It’s actually albino, but I’m guessing it is just a lot lighter than some of the banana yellow albino boa’s you see around I saw some pictures he had, but they’re very very pricey. My grandpa said he’d sleep on it, but I am definitely getting one just maybe not that one. We will have to see. He suggested maybe an albino one, but their bright red / orangey eyes kind of freak me out a little. Nothing like waking up from a nap and seeing these two little eyes glaring you down. Ha ha. No thank you.
