You heard right. It snowed today! I am probably just as baffled as you are, but than again I didn live in Jersey City, NJ for about 17 and a half years of my life so snow is no big deal to me. My grandparents however were all excited. Snow to them is like a huge deal, but I was confused by one thing. Why are people walking out in the snow with umbrellas? No offense, but no umbrella is going to protect you from that, but my friend gave me some insight into why, they simply don’t get enough snow to even know what to do when it happens. LoL! All the kids at school were flipping out and the girls were all complaining about having to walk across campus in the snow, but luckily they sent us all home on a Snow Day. So it’s safe to say I am getting a tiny taste of my former home, which I do miss tremendously so it was nice to be able to reminisce even for a little.

I Want Cold Weather

Tomorrow it’s suppose to get cold, but the way the weather is here it’s not likely. It was suppose to rain today, but I don’t know if you consider drizzling really a rain storm. I’ve been checking the weather for my trip to Houston next Friday and it’s suppose to be in the 70’s. Ugh. I’m from New Jersey I am not use to this middle of November hot weather. Monday in New Jersey it’s suppose to be in the 40’s for the remainder of the week! That’s the main thing I miss about being up north. My grandma says the last time they had snow was a couple of years ago, but she wouldn’t even really consider it snow. Nothing that you could make snow angels in or build a snowman. Thank you hot, humid, and sticky southern weather. I hate you.

I was going through the pictures I had from our trip to Gonzales and I came across this picture I took of Paris Hilton’s picture they had up in Guess. I honestly never realized how flat assed she is. I for one find nothing even remotely attractive about this girl so I have no idea what all the hype is about. She’s also as dumb as a rock so yeah she’s just not my type what so ever. Plus I am happy I have a great girl who has her blonde moments, but she’s super smart. I guess the point of this entry is to say…there will be no Paris Hilton love for me anytime soon
