Happy New Years! Apparently I Have Wisdom!
Today the back of my mouth has just been aching terribly. It feels really swollen and I thought maybe I had chewed something to hard or something. Me being the gross person I am shoved my hand in my mouth trying to see if maybe I got some foot stuck between my tooth and my gum (don’t you just hate that?) and what I felt I didn’t expect. Shocker of the century I have a wisdom tooth coming in! I checked it out in the bathroom mirror and you can see a little white dot where the tooth is emerging. Unbelievable! It really hurts though and I feel like I almost can’t close my mouth all the way. I guess I’ll stick to soft foods for a bit until it eases up. Hooray though I have “wisdom” now! LoL! Also I hope everyone had a great New Years!

Cow Burping?
I found something to write about thanks to someone mentioning global warming today. I am just soooo tired of hearing about global warming. I mean yes it is happening, but there is just sooooo much information being left out. I feel like they’re putting it all on us humans like we’re the only people at fault for all ice melting. What about the things that aren’t human though? What about…cow burps? Yes cow burps, farts, and poop let off more methane gas than we humans do. Interesting fact right? So how do we fix this problem then? Some have actually started to give their cows “Burpless Grass”, which someone had to much time on their hands, but my main thing is I am tired of it all being shoved on humans. Animals let out all kinds of gases, but no one seems to ever mention that. It’s always Susie homemaker going down the road in her big ole’ SUV spewing all her dangerous emissions into the air. I’d rather spew emissions with my big ole SUV (which is a hybrid by the way so don’t say I’m not doing anything to try to help our environment) than be sniffing a nose full of methane gas from some cows butt. You feel me? So what are you going to do about it? Kill all the cows in the world? Ha ha good luck.

I Went An Entire Day Without Posting!
That is quite an accomplishment on my part, but I had good reasoning behind it. Being that my right hand is now bandaged with gauze, medical tape, scotch tape on top of that (to hold it all together you know what I mean?) and band aids to hold that together, it’s safe to say my right hand is completely unusable. I kind of wish the burn had been in a better place like on the top of my hand, band aids go easily on that area, but no I had to burn my bumpy knuckle that band-aids give a big “Fuck you!” to. It’s o.k. though because it is starting to look a lot better and the blister is healing up just fine. For the record…toaster ovens will always win the fight and next time I will be a lot more careful. That’s about all the news I have for now aside from the fact that today is PAYDAY (SWEET!) and I finally get my new camera. I’m a gadget freak if you haven’t guessed by now so I’m sure I’ll be stalking my family for the next few days making videos and getting them to take cool awesome pictures.

I Fought The Toaster Oven
…and the toaster oven won
I was cooking chicken just kind of reheating it and just as I was putting it in the top of my hand hit the roof of the toaster. Ouch. At first I looked at it FYI this may gross some people out so if you have a weak stomach don’t read this partand I swear it looked like nothing I had seen. It was like brown and yellow looking so me being the idiot I am thought it was just stuck on food ripped off the top of the oven when I hit my hand. I even asked for a second opinion from my grandpa and he said the same thing. Of course with reassurance from my g-paw I started to peel it off and to my shock and amazement…it was skin! Now its just really red and it looks absolutely awful! I would much prefer it looking like caked on food than the nice red fleshy wound it looks like now. So it’s official…Toaster Oven: 1 Victor: 0

Happy Halloween
Gum, M&M’s, and American History X, originally uploaded by The Epileptic.
Also happy birthday to my grandpa who turns 61 today! I know he’s young than again I was one of those “out of wedlock” kids. Thanks mom and dad!
I didn’t do much today my grandma took me out to Wal-Mart to get my grandpa a cake and I ended up picking up some things for myself. I got all my necessary survival items such as doublemint gum (the only gum I will allow in my mouth), Pink M&M’s to show that I support Breast Cancer Awareness Month (my mom died from cancer, but we’ll get into that later) and one of my favorite movies American History X so I was all set. I was having a nice day watching my rated R movie cause I’m 17 and I can do all that stuff
until my little sister Baylie came home and than I had to turn the movie off. Bummer. My grandma actually watched it with me (she’s a holy roller so that was unusual) and when it came to the part where Edward Norton was banging some chick I kept looking at her to see her reaction, but she just sat there.
When I was in my Freshman year of high school my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer and had her right breast removed. We thought that would be the end of it and she actually went into remission until my Junior year and by that time the cancer was back and it had metastasized and ended up going to her brain. I don’t talk about it a lot for obvious reasons and I miss my mom very very much. Hopefully in my lifetime I’ll be able to actually see someone find the cure for cancer it would be bittersweet for me. Until then all I can do is just remember my mother and all the amazing times we had together.

You Complain To Much
I use to not care if people bitched and moaned all day about ever little ailment, but ever since I got diagnosed I’ve just had such a low tolerance for complaining. Especially when it’s people who complain about such stupid bullshit. “Oh my gosh I have high blood pressure because someone said something about me and it just made it sky rocket!” Well no duhhhh you moron! Whenever you get hyped up your blood pressure rises I mean are you really that into yourself that you think you’re the only human being on the planet with high blood pressure? It’s not like it just happens for no reason it happens because you can’t stay out of the drama and you stress yourself out. Same goes for people constantly complaining about stupid stuff like a runny nose or a toothache. Not to say my condition is better than theirs, but you need to live by the saying
There is always someone out there who has it worse off than you.
I try not to complain to much about my condition because I know there is someone out there who may be on their death bed and thank God it’s not me. Learn to not complain so much about the little things and save your complaints for something worth complaing about. God I said complaining a lot in this entry. Ha ha that was me complaining. Peace out!

I’m Not Dead
I know I usually update at least everyday, but yesterday I went downtown and than came home only to experience the migraine from hell. It seriously hurt so bad it was making me nauseous. I’m still not feeling very well, but I thought I could at least come and make a little update.

Busy Busy Busy
All of a sudden for some reason I just feel soooo busy! I went out last weekend all weekend practically and the same goes for this weekend. Last Friday I went out to eat with a few of my friends, which I don’t need to be eating out so much I swear at my job I have so much food piled up in the fridge from take out places it’s not even funny. Then on Saturday I went to the Zoo with my grandparents and my little sister Baylie. We walked a lot I didn’t realize how big the zoo in New Orleans actually was. I remember going as a child whenever we’d visit from Jersey, but I guess over the years they just kept adding stuff and man it was torture. I had my SLR camera with me and just having it around my neck and everything it was just miserable. Also wearing flip-flops is not ideal I am sticking to my Converse from now on. No more just hurrying and sliding on sandals I will take the extra time out to tie a few shoe laces. Than Sunday we did the usual go to 11 o’clock mass and it was kind of the only day I really got to relax and I need to learn to relax more. My doctor actually says he believes stress may be a factor in triggering my seizures so I need to find things to relieve my stress. Uh yeah right I am 17 years old there’s no such thing as being “stress free” especially since I just learned in the state of Louisiana I have to be seizure free for at least 6 months and I have to have a doctors note before I can drive again so currently my license is non-existent. Also if I do decide to drive and I have a seizure behind the wheel and cause an accident…my insurance will not cover it. Awesome right? See that’s stressful right there! Anyways before I start STRESSING myself out I got my boa constrictor today!!!! I did finally decide to get the snow boa. I am one that really appreciates animals (my grandpa is a vet how could I not?) and this has to be one of the most beautiful creatures I have ever seen. My grandma who really doesn’t care for reptiles even mentioned how stunning he was. It was actually really hard coming up with a name and my grandpa wouldn’t help (he was being a butt) so I just named him Noa Boa. Makes sense to me. Anyways tomorrow I am going to the French Quarter with my friend to take some pictures of her and I’m sure I’ll take pictures of other things. I really want to get to St. Louis Cathedral, but being that she’s not very religious I doubt it will happen, but we will see.

Well It Started Off Bad and Ended Just the Same
I woke up this morning with a stopped up nose and I thought my nose was starting to run, but than I wiped it with a napkin and saw blood. How nice. Way to start off the day. It didn’t last long though so I can’t complain. Than I went to my grandpa’s place of business where I will be doing most of my home schooling. It’s closer to home and I will have someone around to watch me just to make sure I don’t have a seizure and accidentally kill myself
It could happen. It was quiet at first until his customers started to show up and than it got loud. My grandpa is a vet so you can imagine some of the noises that go on in there. They also have a cat that just roams the halls as it pleases and anyone who knows me knows I hate cats! Just seeing it walking down the hall past the office door made me want to throw my text book at it just to hear it shriek and run away. I know I’m really mean. I did manage though to get my schooling done and after we finished my grandpa let me go out into the lobby and just whenever they needed me they could come grab me and show me what to do. I actually had to hold down a dog today while they muzzled him and it was really scary. I think he may have been possessed, but I’m not quite sure
Than when it was time to leave he informs me that he wants to go try and absentee vote. Bad idea they had a line out the door so he said forget that he’ll try another day. It’s kind of sad though that there’s only one voting place where we live. Lame! Anyways I’m home now and I am sooooo exhausted! I know I didn’t do anything remotely interesting or difficult, but still it wore me out.
